Sweet Blessings

I wanted to share a sweet moment between Cody and Anna last week. The two of them were playing together, and the expression on Cody’s face was priceless. He looked so pleased and proud to have Anna as his sister. He later stopped and said to Anna, “I just love you, Anna!” Not sure if she heard him, he walked over to her, knelt down eye level with her, and repeated himself, “Anna, I love you.” Anna smiled, but since she doesn’t know how to verbalize it herself, Cody wanted to make sure the feeling was mutual. He asked her in the sweetest voice, “Anna, do you love me?” Anna smiled and nodded to him. Cody looked so happy and said something like, “Yes, you love me” and headed off to play some more. It was such a precious moment.
