Festivals…..Ice Cream…..And The Beach

We just got back from a relaxing afternoon at a festival in our area. We had fun stopping in at the many shops and booths that lined the streets. Cody and Anna treated themselves to some yummy ice cream along the walk, and then we strolled down to the river to let Cody and Anna join a few other children playing on the beach. They played for a long time building sand castles, burying piggy toes, and skipping rocks across the water. When we arrived home we were greeted by a hot air balloon hovering over the houses around us. It was a great ending to a wonderful day.
