Breakfast Conversations

During breakfast Cody asked, “Mommy, can I see your belly?”

Me: “Sure.”
Cody: “Wow! It keeps growing bigger and BIGGER!”
Me: “Yep.”

Anna: “Mommy, can I see your tummy too?”
Me: “Sure, Honey.”
Anna: “Whooaa! It’s POPPING OUT!” (referring to my belly button)
Just goes to show pregnancy is not always a great self-esteem booster!

Later Cody asked, “Mommy, is the baby going to be born in our living room? On the wall?”

And one more thought from Cody as to how a baby is formed, “Mommy, I saw a baby on the computer the other day.”
Me: “You did?”
Cody: “Yes, when the lady put some lotion on my tummy, and she made a baby inside me TOO on the computer!”
(A little confusion over my ultrasound he came with me to several months ago and his echocardiogram he had done a week or two ago!)
