Labor Day

Okay, so I am a little behind on posting these pictures. These were taken over Labor Day at a fun pizza place that opened up recently in our area. The kids got to play some glow-in-the-dark miniaure golf, race go-karts, play some mini-bowling, as well as some video and arcade games. Cody and I also got to try out the bumper cars (Anna was not quite tall enough yet). I laughed so hard as Cody rammed his car into mine. It was so much fun playing a game like this with him. He LOVED it! And both Anna and Cody received 1st place ribbons as Shawn drove them to victory as they finished their laps around the race track in the fastest time. Cody shouted, “Go, Daddy!” The announcer holding the microphone got a chuckle from Anna who as he put it would, “wave to her fans,” as she made her way around the track each time! She looked like a little beauty pageant in a super sporty car. She was adorable! The next evening we got together with friends for a barbeque. Here is a photo of the children gathered around the bonfire making s’mores. A little dangerous, but the children survived!
