Anna Quotes
Anna says some pretty silly things sometimes. They make me smile, yet I have neglected jotting them down lately. Here are a few most recent ones…
Anna exclaimed the other day, “Look at that big orange ball in the sky (referring to the sun)! I think that is the earth!” She was so proud of her knowledge, I didn’t want to spoil the moment for her.
Anna trotted herself into the kitchen and announced suddenly, “I know that people in China call their tooshies bums.” Then she giggles. My initial thoughts are, “How does she know China and where, oh where, does she come up with these things?!”
Anna runs through the house lately shouting, “You can’t catch me! I’m the Wendy girl!” Then she pulls at her hair and makes puppy ears on both sides of her head just like Wendy’s (the fast food chain). She cracks me up!
Lately, to be silly, Anna refers to Shawn rather properly as “my father” just to be cute. She calls me “little Momma” and Shawn is occasionally, “little Dadda.”
