Mr. Politician

I just put on a new top, layered over a nice, colorful shirt. I asked Shawn before going out in it if he thought the dark pink shirt underneath looked nice against the light gray sweater over it. He responded, “You call that pink. I call that red.” Me: “Oh, really. It looks pink to me.” Shawn and I both studied it for a bit, when we hear Cody chime in, sounding much like a peace maker and looking like he had little time for such silly nonsense, “I know. We can call it redish-pink.”…..Issue settled.
