The Nutcracker

We watched a performance of the Nutcracker several weeks ago put on by the Children’s Theater in our area. The kids all loved it! Cody laughed out loud through a large portion of it and was whispering intensely during the part where he saw mice hiding in the wall of the girl’s home. I love how magical these plays are to young children and enjoy taking Cody and Anna (and even Dylan…for the parts he will sit through) to these performances. After the play the cast was lined up in the hall for children to come and get their picture taken with them. Cody and Anna literally wanted to stop at each character and pose with them. Cody would nudge me casually if he thought I was about to pass someone up! We all had a good time!
