Celebrate Love
We had two Valentine parties that we went to this week. One was at Planet Fun with some friends. Cody was really wanting to go to this party because he loves the maze inside this place, so easy to get lost in. We were already planning on going to another party last week, so I wasn’t really considering going to this one. Cody told me that he made a Valentine for me and was hoping to give it to me at Planet Fun, but if we didn’t go to Planet Fun than I would have to wait until next year to receive the Valentine. Ha! What a schemer!
We took Friday off from school and had another Valentine party at my friend Angie’s house. This was the kids’ favorite party that week! We played so many fun games like the Cupid’s Arrow where the kids shot arrows or Q-tips out of a straw and into a Valentine bowl. We played a fun Minute-to-Win-It game that I brought. Anna said it was her favorite. We also played other fun games and passed out Valentines. We ate lunch there and made ice cream sundaes. Needless to say, I don’t think the kids ate much dinner that evening. Everyone’s tummies were full on sweets!
