Champion

We celebrated a couple wins this past weekend.  Cody received a gold first place medal in forms and a bronze third place medal in the sparring competition at the Missouri Taekwondo Invitational, a tournament with athletes competing from all over the state.  We were excited to see a former instructor of Cody’s while there.  She actually stayed and helped coach Cody the day of the tournament.  She seriously blessed my heart when she told Shawn, Cody, and me, “I probably shouldn’t say this, but Cody was always my favorite student.  He was so sweet and always eager to learn.”  Thanks, Hadley, for those sweet words!  He’s kind of a favorite to us too!
