She Kicks! She Scores!

When Abigail found out that Shawn signed her up for soccer while she was sleeping, she quickly let us know that she did not want to play soccer.  She told us she wasn’t any good at it. She ended up getting our good friend Jeremy for her coach.  Jeremy needed an assistant coach, so Shawn took on that role.  Abigail LOVED the first practice.  She asked me everyday after that, multiple times a day, when her next practice would be.  She was so excited!  She had her first game this weekend.  She was not at all timid and even scored a goal!  She told me she surprised herself at how good she plays!  She made a sweet friend on the team too.  I love that she is having so much fun and gaining confidence in herself.  Great job, Abigail!
