Safety Hazard

We never got a coffee table for our living room for several reasons. One being that it would take up quite a bit of our living room, and the other reason being that we thought it might cause too many head injuries for little ones. Well, Cody and Anna received a train table as a Christmas gift this year. They LOVE it, but it has in just a short period of time become the safety concern we imagined when considering a coffee table. Within just a few days, Cody has banged his leg, and Anna has bumped her head several times on it while bending over to pick something up, one time leaving a pretty good-size goose egg on her eyebrow. Cody and Anna love playing with this train table everyday, so I am hoping that they will learn a lesson in spacial boundaries from this and be a little more careful. I do not want to have any trips to the ER!
