Words of Encouragement

Last night I tried a new roll recipe for our dinner of roast and potatoes. I put the rolls in for the minimum amount of time printed on the recipe and went into the other room to play with Cody and Anna. To my dismay, when I opened the oven door later, the rolls were burnt. Disappointed I said, “Oh, no!” Cody came up and asked what was the matter. I told him that the rolls were burnt. He said to me in the most sympathetic tone, “Oooh! It’s okay!” Then he wrapped his arms around my leg and said, “I think you’re REALLY great!”
