Celebrate The Season

This morning we woke up to about 2 inches of snow on the ground and then took Cody and Anna to the church for an angel pancake breakfast. After they ate, all the children gathered around the Christmas tree to hear the story of Jesus’ birth. They were each given a little gift bag when they left. The children really enjoyed it, and it would be a nice tradition to make part of our Christmas every year. When we got home we made our first snowman of the season. It was the perfect temperature outside for it, and we had great powdery snow. We came in and had hot chocolate with bunny marshmallows. For some reason, bunny marshmallows make everything taste better! A great day!
