Cookie Monster

Cody can talk Anna into sharing just about anything with him. Anna has such a sweet, giving spirit, accompanied with her young age, that she really enjoys giving things away to her brother. However, Cody had to get creative this week. Anna and Cody were given some Girl Scout cookies from a neighbor as a thank you for taking care of her fish and dog for a few days while she is away. This was a very special treat for Anna, so when Cody finished a couple of his cookies one day at snacktime, he decided to ask Anna for one of hers. I overheard her saying politely, “No. My cookie.” I later heard Cody saying excitedly to Anna, “Anna, do you want to play a game?!” He kept on asking her with a great amount of zeal. Anna, however, was trying not to look at him, so I asked him what the game was. He told me in a very upbeat tone as if to try to convince me, “The game is when Anna TAKES the cookie and POINTS it into my mouth!” I think we are going to have to keep an eye on this guy!
