"Mommy, Are You Brave?"

That is what Cody whispered to me as I was about to have blood drawn at my doctor appointment tonight. Cody looked so worried for me. He is all too familiar with needles and medicine right now, so he can very much relate. He has such a tender side. Before leaving for my appointment I had to drink the awful tasting glucose drink for the test. It actually wasn’t that bad. When I was done Cody asked me if my tummy felt sick now. I told him “no,” but as I was kneeling down to put his shoe on him I felt a tiny hand rubbing my back. I turned around to see Anna there gently taking care of her momma. You two are both such sweet and precious children! I love you both so much!
