Scattered Love Notes

What if you woke up today with only the things you thanked God for yesterday?…

This week Cody took me on a surprise scavenger hunt around the inside and outside of our house. He had hidden “love notes” for me to find with various gifts Scotch taped on to them. He was pleased to give me my first silly band bracelet since, as he put it, “You’ve never had one before.” He even was so thoughtful to choose my favorite color yellow because he knows how much I love it. He gave away his own candy to me, his first Bible given to him at baby dedication, a pencil, tiny toys, and various other objects of affection. He told me they would help me to always remember the good things and not the bad…
