Kisses

 

I caught Anna putting her decorative tape over Dylan and Abigail’s mouths the other morning.  Today Cody says to Abby while I am doing laundry, “Here, Abby, climb in the dryer!”  Should I be worried? Ha! 

 

Anna wrote her first real story the other day.  It was about the beach.  She wanted to read it to Cody and me, so she set out her blanket (AKA beachtowel) and some seashells!

*On a side note, check out our new fireplace Shawn built us.  He still needs to grout it and put one more coat of paint on it, but he did an awesome job!  I love him so much and think the world of him!!

 

And to end on a funny note, I told Dylan to go to the bathroom before naptime today.  I could tell the idea was torture to him when he slumped over, twisted his hands to his chest, and whined, “I don’t want to go potty.”  Then he whispers to me seriously, hopefully, as if asking my permission, “I want to go next weekend.”  Love this boy!
