Fire Trucks and Lemonade

Friday morning we had scheduled a field trip to the fire station with friends.  The kids had a great time seeing all the equipment.  Dylan especially loved the trucks, and the other kids were impressed by the thermal imaging equipment they were shown.  Cody had his cast from his broken wrist put on the day before, so everyone signed his cast, even Firefighter Dave and Firefighter Chad.  How cool is that to have firemen sign your cast!  Later that afternoon the kids baked cookies to sell at their lemonade stand that evening for our subdivision garage sale.  They made a lot of sales that evening.  In fact, after I took their photo they promptly informed me they had to get back to sales…A car was coming! Love these hard workers!
