Back To School Bash 2013

This is my fifth year of homeschooling, and I LOVE it!!  Sometimes it is so good to look back and remember where you’ve been and see how God has worked through the years.  I have to say, He has greatly blessed these past school years more than I could ever have imagined.  We are two weeks into school and have already had our Back To School Bash.  This week I picked up a Discovery Trunk from Busch Wildlife on forestry because Cody is learning a little about this in Science class.  I am a huge fan of these Discovery Trunks!  We have met up with friends at the park, and today we headed to the skating rink.  Cody won one of the games at the skating rink today.  He was so excited with his prize of a big box of popcorn!  We started school with a carnival theme, playing carnival games and earning tickets for correct answers and good character.  After so many tickets, Cody and Anna earned themselves a trip to Carnival Custard.  We had never been, and I was seriously missing my yearly funnel cake fix!  I am looking forward to an incredible school year!
