Happy Easter 2014

We spent Easter weekend in Arkansas with Shawn’s family.  The weekend went fast and was full of memories for the kids.  They fished, rode the zipline, and went on a fun-filled scavenger hunt for the Easter eggs and then on to the grand prize, a basketful of Easter goodies.  Cody and Anna brought their roller skates, and we made Easter snacks Saturday afternoon.  We challenged each other to Ping-Pong matches and basketball tournaments.  There were a lot of laughs, and when we got into the car to leave, the first words out of Cody’s mouth were, “I’m not ready to leave yet.”  I am glad they have so many special memories with family; I hope they always realize just how important and special family is in their lives!  Happy Easter!
