Born To Be Wild

We went to the zoo this past weekend and visited some areas of the zoo we don’t normally see.  We went to the sea lion show for the first time.  The kids loved watching the sea lions do tricks like balancing a ball on their noses and leaping through a hula hoop.  We petted the sting rays.  That’s right, every single one of us, including Abby!  We rode the train throughout the zoo and played in the children’s petting area.  At lunch we sat next to the water and watched turtles swimming and sun bathing.  It was a full day, full of sun and excitement!
