Smokey

I love when there is snow on the ground over the weekend.  Shawn is home and can come out and play too.  We built a snowman who Dylan named Smokey.  Abigail wanted to dress him like a cowboy.  We also played Monopoly all weekend long because that’s how long it takes to finish a game!  Those are my kind of weekends.

On a side note, the kids and I came home last night, and I told them to give Shawn a big hug when they walked in the door.  They asked why.  I told them just to show Daddy how much he is loved.  They responded, “He already knows he is loved.”  Cody then says, “We also show our love by wrestling with Dad.”  (They wrestle every night before bedtime.)  Cody then goes on to say with a smile, “That’s the manly style.”
