Santa Pancakes

If you happen to make these pancakes for your child’s first day of Christmas vacation it may inspire your 11 year old boy to write a Christmas carol in your honor.  Mine went something like this (sung to the tune of “The Twelve Days of Christmas”), “On the first day of Christmas vacation, my mother made for me a Santa pancake.”  Cody said it was “the best breakfast EVER, and Abigail casually mentioned to Shawn and me while eating, “We really should do this more often.”  I agree, Abigail.  I agree.
