Splash ‘n Bash

When they were short a bumper boat for Dylan, I told him to hop into my boat, and I would let him drive.  I kept hearing him act as my hero throughout our ride, making pleas to Cody to not get me wet.  “Mom doesn’t want to get wet,”  I could hear him saying.  Funny, though, our boat kept getting steered in the direction of Cody!  I was soaked by the end of it.  When we left the bumper boats, Dylan giggled, “I wanted to get you wet, Mommy!”  Yes, I kind of figured that out.  Thanks for having my back, Dylan…not.
