El Yunque National Rainforest

Hiked through El Yunque National Rainforest to the beautiful La Mina Waterfall.  After the hike, we went horseback riding at the base of the rainforest.  This was Dylan and Abigail’s first real trail ride.  They loved it, especially when their horses broke into a trot.  That was the best part for me, listening to them laughing.  We ate fruit off of the trees as we rode.  I had never seen the kind of fruit we ate before and can not remember (or pronounce its name), but it was delicious.
