Cupcake Wars

The kids enjoy watching Cupcake Wars on television and were excited to see that Jilly’s Cupcakes in St. Louis were 2 time winners on the show.  Since Anna has been talking of wanting to start her own bakery some day, we thought it would be fun to visit Jilly’s ourselves.  We didn’t get to meet Chef Dana or Chef Casey as they were not working the day we went, but the staff was super friendly.  I love this journal entry Anna wrote the other day, and I love that she has dreams of me assisting her!  I think she would make the best boss!  Shawn was tossing around names for her shop last night and told her she should name it Annabelle’s.  I think it has a cute ring to it (no pun intended)!
