Bring on the Weekend

Our weekend consisted of visiting the American Girl store for the first time as rumor has it they will be closing.  We wanted to eat at their cafe, but they are booked until the end of next month.  Abby had fun playing with the dolls, though.  The boys each scored points for their teams in their basketball games, and Anna scored her highest at her gymnastics meet on Sunday.  She was so pleased to have placed 2nd overall.  That evening we rode bikes down to the elementary school to enjoy the rare springlike weather.  Dylan found an old Christmas tree someone had discarded.  He also found an old crutch along the walking path.  An odd find, but he found it funny when Shawn exclaimed, “It’s a miracle!”
