One Bite of Egg Nog

Anna and Cody were going to a Christmas event where there was going to be egg nog.  I told Anna that I didn’t think I had ever tried egg nog before and that she should try it.  She told me, “Okay, I’ll try one bite.”  Oops, she clearly had no clue what egg nog even was!!  Ha!  I decided right then and there that our family was going to try egg nog this Christmas.  Anna actually brought some out to me when I picked her up.  I liked it.  Shawn thinks it tastes like the drippings from french toast, so he doesn’t like it.  Shawn bought some for the kids to try.  I told them I would pay them a dollar if they tried it.  Only the girls would take me up on my offer.  Both of them hated it.  The boys…well, I still have over half a carton and a few days before it reaches its expiration.  I’ll keep working on them.
