Dragon’s Breath

We tried dragon’s breath while at Snow Factory.  Dragon’s Breath is a frozen dessert made from cereal dipped in liquid nitrogen. When placed in the eater’s mouth, it produces vapors which comes out of the nose and mouth, giving the dessert its name.  It was the oddest feeling.  Shawn and I both felt like it was looking for a place to escape on its own while in our mouths.  Dylan tried it also.  I have video of him.  After one try, though, he thought it felt too weird to try again!
