So You Think You Can Dance

We were watching Cody’s tennis match at a local high school.  The school was getting ready for their football game.  Lively, fun music was being blasted over the loud speakers as everyone waited for the game to start.  Dylan has a difficult time resisting the urge to dance whenever he hears music like this, so, in true fashion, he did not fight the urge.  He, along with Abby, busted out some mad dance moves on the top of the hill just outside of the tennis courts.  After awhile, a woman approached us and asked if she could take Dylan and Abby down to their concession table and let them pick from their wide variety of chips and cookies.  Moments later, Dylan and Abby trekked back up the hill with cookies in hand.  Dylan said to me in a very matter-of-fact manner, “So, I found out that table was set up by the dance team.  I think they gave us cookies because they liked our dance moves.”   Well, of course, who could argue with that?!  They do have some pretty impressive dance skills!
