Shake Your Groove Thing

Cody and Anna had a fun time at the fall formal this year!  Anna said it felt like the most normal event they have been to in 2020.  She said no one was wearing a mask except a couple chaperones.  They all danced, Cody the most I am sure!  There was a girl who texted Cody several times hinting toward wanting him to ask her to the dance, but, even though they are friends, Cody did not want to give her the wrong impression by going with her.  He did tell me he talked with her there, though.  The only big commotion that happened at the dance was when a girl angrily dumped a cup of water on a boy.  This enraged another girl which sent her  on the hunt for said girl.  Needless to say, this kept the chaperones on their toes for a bit!  Ha!  My friend joked, “Oooh, this is getting like public school!”  Ha!  Anna, you looked just gorgeous, and, Cody, you looked quite debonair!
