Timbers

Shawn’s boss graciously offered Shawn the company’s timeshare at the beautiful Timbers Bachelor Gulch in Avon which is right next door to Vail during our time in Colorado.  The kids really enjoyed the chocolates set out on their pillows each night by housekeeping; the late night/early morning dips in the pool and hot tub; fresh lemonade and cookies each afternoon; and the play room with the classic arcade games, foosball, and shuffle board.  Oh, who am I kidding??  Even Shawn and I enjoyed trying to rescue the princess from Donkey Kong!  It was such a nice surprise treat this summer!
