Hidden Treasure

Abby thinks it’s funny that we have a restaurant “in our neighborhood.”  Apparently, there is a large bird that visits there everyday for his meals, and if you happen to be there at the exact time, guests are welcome to buy some shrimp to feed him.  We keep hoping that we will catch him there one of these days!  Shawn and I went there to eat one day for lunch.  Cody was on a flight for his school program.  I happened to look at the app on my phone that tracks him, so I could see where he was.  Just then an airplane flew right over where we were sitting on the outside patio.  I looked down at my app, and it showed Cody flying over Disappearing Island.  We were seated right next to the water, and we were looking right at Disappearing Island!  That was Cody that flew over us!  We then watched him practice maneuvers and landings throughout the rest of our lunchtime there.  It was such a surprise and made for an extra fun lunch!
