Say What??

A friend of Cody and Anna from down the street came over to play this morning as her mother had a doctor’s appointment. Cody loves the fact that they have a very large dog also by the name of Cody! Their daughter, Cody and Anna’s friend, is called Hannah which makes Anna very happy as it is very similar to her name! Even Cody gets stumped sometimes and says “my SISTER Anna” as if he thinks they both share the same name. I often try to emphasize the “H” in the beginning of our neighbor girl’s name so Cody and Anna will catch on, but I still think it trips them up at times. So this morning as Anna went to say “Hi” to Hannah, she seemed to be having trouble getting the words out. She eventually just waved her hand at her and said in a bubbly little voice, “Hi, Me!”
