Kidz Praise Thanksgiving Celebration

Wednesday evening Dylan and Abigail had their Kidz Praise Thanksgiving Celebration in the chapel at our church.  They sang some songs they have been learning this year, and then they got to make a craft and have cookies with us afterwards.  They made a Thankfulness Tree.  I loved hearing the things that popped into their heads of things they are thankful for.  I think my boys have fears of balding because Dylan told me that night he was thankful for hair.  Cody told me this during a school writing project just a few days earlier (Dylan was nowhere to hear it at the time.)  Cody made me laugh when he said, “I am also thankful for hair because if we didn’t have it, then, well….Aaah!”  It was a great evening remembering how immensely blessed we are.
